Company for International Meetings Ltd. /CIM Ltd/ offers accommodation in hotels in Sofia for all participants at reduced rates. Hotel reservations can be made through the registration process both online during registration or later until 1 September. Later reservations will be taken upon request.

PARK HOTEL MOSKVA – CONFERENCE VENUE
Conveniently close to city center Park Hotel Moskva is situated in diplomatic quarter next the biggest and most beautiful park in Sofia – Borisova garden. Reservation and Cancelation policy
Reservation is guaranteed with full prepayment, first night deposit or credit card guarantee.
Please note: Room rates are only valid for reservations made with CIM. Any change of booking must be sent to CIM and not directly to the hotel.

Cancellation of hotel reservation is accepted if made in writing and sent to CIM Ltd. within the indicated time limits:
• Before 1 September 2015 – reimbursement of the amount prepaid less then administration fee
• After 1 September – no refunds will be made.
